A gathering at Aisling House is more than a few hours in an event space. The estate is reserved privately for you, giving you time to settle in, prepare, gather and celebrate at your own pace.

Host dinner in the Ballroom, cocktails on the terrace or a celebration that moves between the house and gardens. With overnight accommodations for up to 16 guests, the people closest to you can stay together while the house becomes the setting for the entire occasion.

Aisling House is designed for intimate gatherings, corporate retreats, and private celebrations.
Events at Aisling House may accommodate up to 50 guests. Overnight accommodations are available for up to 16 guests.
All events require a minimum three-night whole-house reservation in addition to the event contract.
Overnight occupancy is not required, but the house is reserved exclusively for your party throughout the stay.
Yes. Each booking includes exclusive use of the home, ballroom, and outdoor spaces, ensuring privacy for both your gathering and overnight guests.
Your event includes exclusive use of the estate, tables, chairs, base linens, as well as, set up / tear down of tables and chairs.
Aisling House works with qualified professional vendors for private events. Vendor requirements vary by service, and all vendors must comply with Aisling House property and insurance requirements. We are happy to discuss vendor options as part of the event planning process.
Alcohol may be served at private events subject to applicable Kentucky law, insurance requirements and Aisling House event policies. Specific arrangements will be reviewed during the event planning process.
Events may make use of the house, Ballroom, terraces and designated outdoor areas depending upon the size and format of the gathering. We will work with you to determine the configuration best suited to your event.
Event plans should include an appropriate weather contingency when outdoor spaces are being used. Available indoor configurations depend upon the size and format of the event
Free parking is available on site, with space for 10 cars in the driveway and 4 on the street. If additional parking is required guests can also park for free at the public library nearby.
